At Bubulastore, we work to ensure your order arrives safely and as quickly as possible. Below you will find all the details regarding our shipping process.
ORDER PROCESSING
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the purchase is completed.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times may vary depending on your country and region:
- Domestic shipping (if applicable): 5–12 business days
- International shipping: 7–21 business days
In exceptional situations—such as high demand, customs delays, or external logistical factors—delivery may take up to 30 business days.
SHIPPING COSTS
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- Bubulastore may offer free shipping during special promotions, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate address.
- We are not responsible for delays or returns caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
- If you need to modify your address, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] before your order is processed.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
If tracking does not update for more than 7 business days, feel free to contact us and we will assist you in locating your package.
RETURNED PACKAGES
A package may be returned to our logistics center due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Failed delivery attempts
- Failure to pick up the package at the postal office
In such cases, the customer will be responsible for covering the reshipping costs.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or local charges.
These costs are not included in the product or shipping price and are the buyer’s responsibility.
